Villa Dani is a stunning 16 bedroom large villa in Tuscany set over three floors. Sleeping up to 32 guests in total, it's a fantastic setting to enjoy a holiday with a large group of family or friends. It's also the perfect setting to mark a special event or to celebrate your wedding in Italy.

This large villa in Tuscany has 16 bedrooms in total, all of which can be arranged with either 2 single beds or one large kingsize bed. The property is divided into two separate wings, each with its own unique character, but both equally beautiful.

On the ground floor of the first wing of this large villa in Tuscany, there is a bright and spacious reception room, furnished with comfortable chairs, sofas and tables. Satellite TV and a selection of games are provided for you to enjoy. A door leads through to a fully equipped study with PC, printer and photocopier. Also adjoining the 'salone' is a large dining area, with a grand table large enough to accommodate all guests.

A modern, professional kitchen is equipped to an extremely high standard. It is equipped with 2 fridges, a separate wine fridge, 2 dishwashers, pasta machine, gas hob and oven. A larder leads off the kitchen to store all your foodstuffs. Doors lead from both the living room and kitchen to an outside terrace furnished with plenty of tables and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining. There are also 2 bathrooms on this floor, one of which is fully accessible for visitors with disabilities.

An elevator takes guests up to the first floor of this large villa in Tuscany, saving you carrying heavy luggage up to your bedroom and, again, making it suitable for the elderly or infirm. Of course, there are also stairs if you prefer.

There are 6 bedrooms on this floor. The first is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. There are then 4 identical bedroom suites on this floor of this wedding villa in Tuscany. With each of these suites, you enter into a hallway with a fully equipped bathroom with bath tub set to one side and and with wardrobe space and safety deposit box on the other side. Moving through this hall, you enter a living room with sofa bed and mini bar. A staircase then leads from here to the bedroom which can be set out with either 2 single beds or a kingsize bed. There is then an additional bathroom with shower leading off this area. The 6th bedroom on this floor is at the end of the main corridor up a small flight of stairs. This is similarly furnished to other four bedroom suites on this floor but both ensuite bathrooms for this room are equipped with showers.

An elevator and staircase lead up to the top floor of this large villa in Tuscany. There are five bedrooms on this floor. Two of these are bedrooms have kingsize beds and ensuite bathrooms, both with shower and bath tub. One of these rooms overlooks the formal gardens and also has a balcony. The third bedroom is also a kingsize bedroom but has an ensuite bathroom with bath only. The last two bedrooms on this floor are double rooms. These also face the formal gardens and share a large bathroom situated at the end of the hallway. Finally, there is a cozy living area on this floor.

All the bedrooms are fitted with individual heating and air conditioning controls, allowing each guest to control the temperature to suit them.

As you enter the the other wing of this large villa in Tuscany, you will come into a large entrance hall and living area. Two bathrooms lead off this room, one of which is adapted for those with disabilities. There is also a wellness room on this floor which can be set up for massage treatments or yoga classes during your stay. There is also a second kitchen on this floor. This is reserved for use by the chef, Andrea.

On the first floor of this wing, there are five bedrooms. These are much more modern and contemporary than those in the other wing of this large villa in Tuscany. All have extremely luxurious ensuite bathrooms, most of which have both a bath and a shower. One even has 2 showers and a bath in it!! All are beautifully furnished in carefully chosen pastel shades. Three of the rooms are also equipped with sofa beds, which can be helpful for families with young children.

Outside, the grounds at this Tuscany villa are spectacular. A paved path or flight of steps leads to a formal walled garden that has been carefully re-created from the original gardens of the 1600s. Closer to the villa, fine gravel surrounds the property and leads to sprawling lawns. Table and chairs seating up to 40 guests are set underneath a white canopied gazebo, complete with a large fountain. The air is filled with the scent of roses, lemon and grapefruit thanks to the 100 potted trees scattered throughout the grounds.

The private swimming pool is accessed via the formal gardens. This is a lovely, relaxing space with banks of jasmine and rose climbing up the walls.

The orangery at this large villa in Tuscany has been converted into a large meeting hall or dining area that can be divided into four private rooms if required. It provides the ideal space to celebrate a special occasion or to use as a business venue. Please note that use of this room is an additional charge.

Also in the grounds is a beautiful private chapel which guests are welcome to use for weddings or blessings. This was gifted to the current owners of the house by the monks that once lived in this large villa in Tuscany.

Rates at this wedding villa in Tuscany include linen and towels as well as a 4 hour daily maid service (excluding Sundays). Linen and towels are changed twice weekly. A complimentary welcome buffet is also included for stays of a week or more. Rates also include a complimentary daily breakfast service. Heating and air conditioning are an additional charge and are payable on departure based on usage.

Please note that this large villa in Tuscany can sleep up to 32 guests in total. It may be possible to accommodate some more guests using the sofa beds. Please ask for more details. Any additional guests over and above this number are charged at an extra 50 euros per person per night. Pets are also welcome on request.

Finally, please note that a 2000 euro security deposit is payable locally on arrival in cash but is returned at the end of a guests stay upon the property being left in satisfactory condition. The costs of any extra services used will be deducted from this deposit before returning it to you.

This is an incredibly beautiful large villa in Tuscany. It really is ideal for weddings, with a beautiful chapel on site, incredible entertaining spaces both inside and out and a fabulous team of staff (including a chef) always on hand to provide you with everything and anything you may need! The heated swimming pool is also extremely popular with guests.
