Inside, you'll find four stunning bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom, safe and TV. Three are in the main house whilst the fourth is situated in a beautiful single storey annex that sits adjacent to the villa and which also boasts its own intimate terrace. It's the perfect set up for a multi generation holiday in Italy, allowing grandparents to holiday with you whilst having their own privacy.

Each bedroom is elegantly and tastefully furnished in natural tones and each enjoys plenty of light and wonderful views. With natural wooden floors, king-sized beds, Molteni furnishings, bespoke Italian lighting, Italian embroidered textiles and Egyptian cotton linens, the rooms are relaxing and calming to ensure a good nights sleep for all, assisted by individual heating and air conditioning controls in each room to ensure the temperature is just as you like it.

The master bedroom also boasts a walk-in wardrobe and private terrace with views over the gardens towards the Adriatic coast. Please note that two of the bedrooms can be made up as either twin or double rooms.

Also inside this Marche vacation rental is a Molteni designed kitchen, equipped with the very best Miele appliances and accessories including dishwasher, fridge freezer, six ring gas hob, oven and icemaker. A Nespresso coffee machine is also available for guests along with Nespresso capsules. An outdoor terrace leading from the kitchen is the perfect spot from which to enjoy breakfast.

There is also an open plan living and dining area with large dining table seating 8 as well as comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxing in front of your favourite film or TV show. A separate TV room has a sixty inch Samsung smart TV equipped with SKY satellite channels and DVD player.

Outside, there are a number of eating areas at this Marche vacation rental as well as plenty of space in which to relax and unwind. Whether you want to fall asleep on the hammocks, rest in the shade under the pool house gazebo or read a book on the sun beds by the villa, there is a space for everyone to relax in comfort.

Guests staying at this Marche vacation rental also enjoy their own private gym (complete with a running machine, rowing machine, punch bag, free weights and the latest Multigym Technogym), as well as enjoying access to a tennis court and brand new, purpose built yoga studio at certain times during their stay. And of course, you also have your own private pool to enjoy when staying at this Marche vacation rental. Measuring 21m x 6m, this comes complete with in-built jacuzzi section and diving board. The adjacent pool house is a truly stunning space. Extremely contemporary and minimalist in style, it is home to a kitchenette, bar, eating area, two washrooms and two showers. It also has retractable floor-to-ceiling windows and so cleverly doubles up as a yoga studio in the Winter and Summer months.

For those that like to dine al fresco, there is a huge traditional wood-fired pizza oven as well as a traditional coal BBQ, and a purpose designed outdoor eating area with wooden table and benches seating up to 22 guests and an outside kitchen. A second outdoor dining area can seat 8 guests comfortably.
