This San Casciano dei Bagni villa has been completely restored to a high standard. There are seven bedrooms in total in the main villa. Six of the bedrooms have kingsize double beds with comfortable memory foam mattresses whilst the last bedroom has two single beds. All are fitted with quality Italian cotton fabrics. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. Most of the bathrooms are fitted with showers but there is also one bath tub within the property, which is helpful for those travelling with young children. All bedrooms have air conditioning to ensure a good nights sleep. Aged oak floors, travertine marble bathrooms and additional touches give a welcoming and luxurious feel.

The property also boasts a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room on the ground floor as well as a second living area on the first floor which leads out to a terrace. The kitchen has everything you could need to prepare meals, with an oven and hob as well as a professional espresso and American coffee machine, Nespresso machine, ice maker, mixer, plenty of utensils, cutlery and crockery. There is also a microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and not one but two fridges. For those staying for a long period, there is a washing machine and dryer for you to use.

The living area at this San Casciano dei Bagni villa has TV with satellite channels as well as DVD player, whilst for those who prefer to play games than watch TV, there are a selection of board games and toys to play with. There is also a PS4 games console, party box bluetooth speaker and an IPOD docking station.

For those visiting this San Casciano dei Bagni villa in the cooler months, there are two pellet fireplaces for guests to enjoy, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, both creating a delightfully warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Outside, there is a private swimming pool (open 1 May - 31 October) at this San Casciano dei Bagni villa. This is set in extensive gardens ensuring absolute privacy, peace and quiet for guests staying here. The pool, which is lit at night, has a depth of between 1.3 and 2.0 metres.

There is a poolside pergola equipped with table and chairs set below wisteria, ideal for al fresco dining, as well as additional seating throughout the garden. The pool area is fenced for added peace of mind.

There is also a table tennis table outside for guests' enjoyment and, for younger children, there is a large sand pit to keep them entertained. For keen foodies, you are more than welcome to help yourself to any of the fresh fruit and vegetables lovingly grown on site by the villa owner.

A complimentary welcome dinner as well as a farewell dinner are offered to all guests in the on-site restaurant. This restaurant is reserved exclusively for the use of the guests at the villa. During your stay at this San Casciano dei Bagni villa, there will be no external guests. It's ideal, meaning you can have the restaurant all to yourself, and, after your dinner, can simply wander back to the villa without having to clear up or to have the lingering smells of the cooking in the house. In addition, for stays of a week or more, guests will enjoy another dinner midway through their stay, free of charge. Dinners are served with local Tuscan wine and finished with limoncello.

Rates include linen and towels as well as a daily cleaning service of 2 hours (except Sundays). Towels and linen are changed mid way through your stay on a Wednesday for those guests staying for a week. They are also changed every Saturday for those staying for 2 weeks or more. Extra cleaning can be provided during your stay at a cost of 25 euros per hour.

A toiletry set is also provided on arrival as well as a small welcome basket of food, plenty of bottled water and coffee pods. Air conditioning in every room is included up to 300 euros per week. Any use over this amount must be paid for on departure. Heating costs up to 100 euros per night are included in the rate along with 3 boxes of pellets each day for use in the stoves during the colder months of the year. Additional pellets can be purchased at a cost of 15 euros per 15 kg box.

Pets are welcome but there is an additional charge of 100 euros for the extra cleaning required at the end of your stay.

Please note that, should guests wish the pool to be heated at this San Casciano dei Bagni villa, this is possible but will be an additional charge and must be requested in advance. This costs approximately 450 euros per day across May, June and September and around 350 euros per day in July and August. Please note that this must be requested in advance and is only available for a minimum of 5 days.

A car is essential.
